The advocate for restorative justice Tecla Wanjala, who stayed at the Robert Bosch Academy in 2018, talks about her life and work with international communities, about political activism and post-conflict rehabilitation. Starting with her work as a school prefect, she describes various stages in her life leading up to her role as the Acting Chair of the Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission of Kenya. The interview by Dr. Anne Menzel of the Center for Conflict Studies in Marburg and Dr. Daniel Stahl of Fritz Thyssen Foundation gives deep and personal insights into Wanjalas work as well as the humanitarian and political situation of her country.
