Should development cooperation with Africa be brought to an end?

More than 4 trillion US dollars have been invested in the African continent since the 1960s. However, these efforts have not sustainably changed the living situation of the people there. What has development cooperation managed to achieve so far? What are the fundamental flaws of current development cooperation? The Richard von Weizsäcker Fellows Hanna Tetteh, and James Shikwati answer these and other questions in an interview with the magazine of the Robert Bosch Stiftung “Africa”.
