Flights and accommodation related to the Richard von Weizsäcker Forum will be arranged and covered by the Robert Bosch Academy. This includes travel to Berlin and accommodation at the Westin Grand for the duration of the Forum (5–8 October 2026).

As part of our ongoing efforts to reduce the Academy’s carbon footprint, we would be grateful if you could consider lower-emission travel options as far as possible. This particularly includes choosing rail travel for shorter distances and Premium Economy Flights instead of Business class for longer intercontinental flights. Your support will also help ensure the participation of as many Fellows as possible as the rising travel costs in light of the current geopolitical conflicts are invariably creating challenges for us.

Arrivals in Berlin are scheduled for 4 or 5 October 2026, with departures on 8 October. Should you wish to extend your stay, we would be happy to prolong your reservation at the same hotel at your own expense.

The Robert Bosch Foundation will book single rooms for each participant in accordance with their travel dates. Breakfast at the hotel is included.
